This service is offered to all tour groups booking twenty-five or more room nights in Vicksburg. A representative from the Bureau visits your group on the morning of departure and holds a prize drawing. Each tour patron receives a Vicksburg Visitors Guide to help plan future trips to Vicksburg. The escort receives a detailed packet of information on Vicksburg and a tour planner's evaluation form. We request that the escort complete the form and mail it back to us as soon as possible. We include a postage paid envelope in the escort's packet of information. We also have a surprise gift for both the escort and bus driver. This service is a token of our appreciation for including Vicksburg in your itinerary.
